Prime Slots KYC Verification Process
Prime Slots verifies accounts to confirm your identity, address, and payment method before it releases withdrawals or raises account limits.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Prime Slots asks for a government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driving licence). Upload a clear colour photo or scan showing full name, date of birth, document number, issue/expiry dates, and all four corners. If the casino requests a selfie check, send a live selfie or a selfie holding the ID to match your face to the document.
- Address proof: Prime Slots accepts a recent document that shows your full name and current residential address. Typical options are a utility bill, bank statement, council tax bill, or a government letter. The document date must be recent (commonly within the last 3 months), and the full page must be visible, not cropped.
- Payment method: Prime Slots verifies the method you use for deposits and withdrawals. For a bank card, it requests photos of the front and back with the middle digits covered and the CVV hidden, while keeping your name and the last four digits visible. For e-wallets, it asks for a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and email/ID. For bank transfers, it asks for a bank statement or an online banking screenshot that shows your name and IBAN/account number.
Prime Slots triggers KYC at first withdrawal, when cumulative withdrawals reach internal thresholds, after changes to personal details, when a payment method is added or replaced, and when automated risk checks flag a login, device, or location change.
You upload files in the account area under Verification/Account, then Prime Slots confirms receipt and updates the status per document (pending/approved/rejected).
Prime Slots completes most checks within 24–72 hours after it receives readable files; manual reviews can take up to 5 business days when it needs extra checks or re-uploads.
If a document fails, Prime Slots rejects it for common reasons: glare, blur, cropped edges, mismatched names, expired ID, address document outside the accepted date range, or card images that show the CVV or too many digits.
